250 years of democracy. 250 more if we work for it! No Kings then. No Kings now!

The Knox County Democratic Committee invites anyone living in this county (or visiting) to walk with us at the July 4th Parade in Thomaston, Maine.  Last year we had a joyous time and we want to grow that even more. Our contingent includes upbeat music provided by Playin’ Possum, which was quite a hit last year.

Bring your signs with positive messages in support of democracy and remind everyone that we are a nation of people, not Kings. We will gather at 10:00 a.m. at the staging area at the town cemetery on Dwight Street in Thomaston. The parade begins at 11am.
